Project 1 - Music Photography (Jim Marshall)

​Jim Marshall shot a load of rock bands and musicians. Jim started taking picturs in San Fransisco in a music scene when he was at school. When shooting bands and musicians, he felt trusted by them to take photos of them, which meant he felt comfortable in getting the perfect image. He liked to take photo's down low so the musician or band would look empowering and famous. He had shot over 500 album covers in his time. Jim had access to the most biggest rock artists of all time, like Hendrix in the picture above.
