Project 3 - Mood Boards

Fashion Photography -

I have created this mood board in inspiration of David Sims. I have researched a lot about him and it tells me that his photography is based around magazines and articles. His style is rare in the photography world, he takes pictures with a fast shutter speed to make sure he gets the right shot when the models hair is blown behind her. The idea of this kind of work intrests me because it's unusual and fun and kwirky. The clothes he makes the models wear are a bit different too, they are out there and big. Because they're colourful images and the models are wearing colourful clothes makes it more fun. I would use a studio with studio lighting and background to do this shoot.

Floral Photography -

This is the second genre I chose, I created this mood board, I found this interesting because I like the idea of a colourful final image. It is a bit different to what others would choose. There are a lot of things you could produce with floral photography. You could take a picture of one flower, you could take a picture of lots of flowers, you can take a picture of an animal in flowers, you can take pictures of plants. Which drew me to this genre because there is so much you could do with it.
