Project 3 - Still Life

Today, we had to bring in objects to take pictures of representing 'still life'. I used this elephant as my model, because I liked all the details on it, which makes the image look sharper and more crisp. The details add an intresting effect to the image because they are fine lines. The shadows also create an effect because they are quite dark and you can see the shadow coming off the elephant to the side on the floor. I like how it looks like the elepohant is standing out, it makes the image look fuller. The pink background is a good edition to the image because it makes it look funky and its a bit different, it makes the elephant stand out more because it's a bright background.

This picture is a diagram of where and what I worked with today. I worked with a flash light instead of a continuous light, which makes it easier to work with because they dont get as hot.
