Project 4 - Contextual Studies

Today, we spoke about religion and howe we could use it in photography for our project. We looked at the photographers Steve McCurry and Charles Freyer. Steve McCurry's photography is mostly based around world cultures, portraits and photojournalism. This picture was taken in India by Steve McCurry.

This is a shot of the 'Afgan Girl' taken in 1985 taken in Pakistan. And 17 years later the photo on the right was taken of the same woman in Pakistan.
