The beach shoot we did at Whitsands, went really well and became very handy because we met a man called Cliff Peters, who told us that he works for the Rame Penisnsula and told us he was collecting orange plastic and rubbish from the beach to take photos of for their website. This is him in this photo, taking a picture of the rubbish he had set out on the beach. He also allowed us to take pictures of them aswell because we told him we were part of an art college. He was telling us where the rubbish on the beaches come from, which is the ocean tyres. Meeting him was a huge help towards our work and projects because he fed us with a lot of information about pollution and other things to do with this project, which helped us a lot.

I got a lot of good pictures I could have used for my final images but I thought this one was the most relatable to plastic pollution

This is a picture of most of the rubbish on the beach. This was the back of the beach on all of the rocks, there wasnt any of the sand. I liked that I got that sign in the picture because it contradicts all the rubbish in the picture. I also think this could be one of my final images because it has all of the rubbish in it and its rubbish that has been washed up by the ocean, and the writing in the back is relevent in a way because it's saying to take your rubbish home but it's the sea that caused it not people.
