Project 6 - Research (Photographers)

Jonathan Knowles is a advertising/commercial/beauty photographer, he specalises mostly in advertising. I looked at his beauty side of photography and I like how the colours are really bold and stand out and I like how close up he has taken the picture, so you can see the makeup properly.

These are two of Josh Caudwell's images he has taken as an advertising photographer, mixing in with the beauty aswell.

I also like how he plays around with the shape of the images, ones a circle and ones a triangle, I think it's a very creative way to show the uniqueness of his images.

These images I found on pinterest, they look really proffesional and they give me good ideas for what I could produce.

I like how precise the makeup is and how strong it looks, I also like how the light on her face contrasts well with the dark shadows, it creates a sense of professionalism and makes me think that the photographer knows how to angle the camera to get the right consistency between dark and light in one picture.
